Music relieves stress

  • Did you know that music does relieve stress?

     

    Everyone knows that stress can lead to many illnesses.  In a recent study conducted, which required subjects to listen to music twice a day for half-an-hour for two weeks, it was found that the stress and anxiety levels dropped significantly. One can certainly reduce stress by listening to music that they like.

    So put on you favorite music. kick back and let the stress disappear!
